Laravel QBO Connector End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Laravel ↔ QuickBooks Online Connector (“Application”), provided by Mox3, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely in connection with your engagement as a Mox3 client.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Application outside of your authorized client engagement.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the Application’s source code.

3. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with Mox3.

4. Data & Privacy

The Application transmits data between your Laravel application and QuickBooks Online only as configured for your project. Data handling is further described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mox3 shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or if your client engagement with Mox3 ends.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
