Mox3, Inc. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use the Laravel ↔ QuickBooks Online Connector.

1. Data We Access

The Application accesses limited data from both your QuickBooks Online account and your Laravel application, solely for the purpose of synchronization. This may include customer records, invoices, payments, and other financial data as configured by your team. We only access the data necessary to perform the sync operations you have authorized.

2. How We Use Data

Data accessed through the Application is used exclusively for synchronization between your Laravel application and QuickBooks Online. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Your data is never used for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than the integration services you have engaged us to provide.

3. Data Storage

  • No permanent storage: The Application does not permanently store your QuickBooks Online or Laravel application data on our servers. Data is processed in transit during synchronization.
  • Temporary processing: Data may be temporarily held in memory during sync operations and is discarded upon completion.
  • Secure token storage: OAuth2 authentication tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest to maintain your connection to QuickBooks Online.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not share your data with any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the integration service (e.g., transmitting data to the QuickBooks Online API on your behalf). We will notify you if we are compelled to disclose data by legal process, unless prohibited from doing so.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. This includes encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure OAuth2 authentication, and access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel only.

6. Access & Control

You retain full control over your data at all times. You can disconnect the Application from your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your QBO settings. Access to your data through the Application ends automatically when your engagement with Mox3 concludes, and all stored tokens are revoked and deleted.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
