This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Laravel ↔ QuickBooks Online Connector ("Application"), provided by Mox3, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

Mox3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely in connection with your engagement as a Mox3 client. This license is valid only for the duration of your active project or service agreement with Mox3.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the Application outside the scope of your Mox3 engagement.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Application to any third party.

3. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Mox3, Inc. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.

4. Data & Privacy

The Application transmits data between your Laravel application and QuickBooks Online as configured by your team. For details on how data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mox3 does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mox3, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Mox3 may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Your license to use the Application automatically terminates upon the conclusion of your engagement with Mox3. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
