This Privacy Policy explains how Zengy Inc. dba MOX3 ("MOX3", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mox3.com, work with us as a client, or use products we operate, including the CrewKap text message program for field workers.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and company name you submit through forms on this site or share with us directly.
  • CrewKap worker information: name and mobile phone number of field workers, added by the contractor company that employs or engages them, or provided by workers who opt in by text (see our CrewKap SMS opt-in page).
  • SMS consent records: the date, time, and method by which a mobile number opted in to or out of text messages.
  • Message content: replies you send to CrewKap text messages, including photos and text sent by MMS (for example, a job-site photo and the name of the area it shows).
  • Usage data: basic analytics about visits to mox3.com, such as pages viewed, browser type, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the services you engage us for.
  • To send CrewKap job check-in reminders and related operational messages to workers who have opted in.
  • To receive and store job-site photos and replies, and make them available to the contractor company that assigned the job.
  • To keep records of SMS consent and honor opt-out requests.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records collected for the CrewKap SMS program are used only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive. This information is excluded from any other sharing described in this policy, except with the service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) that we need to send and receive those messages on our behalf.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only in these cases:

  • With the contractor company you work for: CrewKap check-in replies and photos are shared with the company that assigned the job. That company is responsible for its own use of that information.
  • With service providers: hosting, SMS and MMS delivery, email, and analytics vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. They may not use your information for their own purposes.
  • For legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MOX3, our clients, or others.
  • In a business transfer: if MOX3 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. CrewKap photos and replies are retained for as long as the contractor company's account is active or until the company deletes them. Consent and opt-out records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls that limit data to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Stop text messages: reply STOP to any CrewKap message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: email support@mox3.com to request a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
  • Analytics: you can block Google Analytics with browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

8. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
